Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the EOT website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

EOT provides travel planning, tour booking, and related travel services for trips to Egypt. We act as an intermediary between you and various service providers including hotels, transportation companies, and tour guides.

Booking and Payment

When you make a booking:

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking
  • The balance is typically due 30 days before departure
  • Payment methods accepted include credit cards and bank transfers
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service and booking type:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
  • Cancellations 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 15 days before departure: No refund (unless covered by travel insurance)
  • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process

Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to:

  • Obtain valid travel documents (passport, visas) as required
  • Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from entry date
  • Check and comply with health and vaccination requirements
  • Purchase appropriate travel insurance
  • Arrive on time for scheduled tours and activities

Limitation of Liability

EOT acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or conduct of third-party service providers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. EOT is not responsible for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings may be possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable change requests, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EOT and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
